PhotoShop Problem...

I just noticed this..
i installed PS on this computer a few weeks ago..
and now when i got into filters.. theres only 5 categories..
(this is only a problem cause i need to use one of the filters to make carborfiber)
if anyone could be of any assitance please do

What Photoshop version do you have installed?

I suppose you need the twirl filter, right?

Try running a search in Google with this type of key words: photoshop, plugins/plug-ins, filter/s, twirl (all at once or in assorted combinations). I'm sure you will find what you are looking for.

I could send you my filters to Photoshop 8, but I don't know how to attach files in this forum.
