Custom Shift Knob

Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites, or anywhere i could get a shift knob custom made. Not a "custom look" or whatever, but a custom made one where its exactly how I want it. Your going to laugh at this, but i want a detailed shift knob of E.T.'s head. Like the movie E.T. Maybe i could just go to like a blacksmith type shop(if they still exist), or get a widler to make one out of wood. Any suggestions?
My goal is to have an E.T. themed car. What would complete this more than an E.T. shift knob?

the easiest way is to make or get made a sculpture out of clay or whatever- if you have a plastic toy one that is the right size, etc. better yet. make a mold with model, and then you can make it out of plastic or aluminum- just melt down and pour in mold.
