h&r springs
I just found out I had these springs on a one of my crxs,does anyone have any info or expierence with these?

I hear that they are on par with the Nuespeed springs, that is, being a quality spring. I have the Nuespeed race springs on my car and they are a great improvement over stock in terms of stiffness. Mine are something like 500f/400r spring rate. Great for autox
 What color/model are your springs?

H&R are a very high quality spring, I have the sport springs on my car. they work great, have a nice ride...
Keep in mind that H&R make spring for BMW, mercedes ect.
