Need a lil more kick????

Hey ya, Im new,, I got a 4x4 98 Tahoe (LT) With a 3" body lift and 33's with a 5.7L Vortec Engine....
Ive been really interested in getting a throttle body spacer, is this worth it to buy? Also what about those Power Programmers?
