Dreaming...

Alright, well my buddy totaled his 3000gt, and I happen to have a 91 civic with no engine laying around, he's willing to give me the engine, tranny, ecu... for $500. Of corse you all know what went thru my mind. What I was wondering is if i started a little project car, if anyone had any usefull information to help me along, any bright ideas at all really. I probably won't end up doing it, but it's fun to think about. Anyone think it's at all reasonably to a point, possible?

how about taking his engine, trans blah blah blah and reselling it at a higher price so you can afford a b16 or b18 swap, eh?

Re: Dreaming...

well, it's not mine officially to sell yet, plus i was just wondering what it would take to get it to work. If it's just going to be sold, he'll probably sell it himself, but he was interested in seeing what we could do.

Re: Dreaming...

Just pop your hoods next to each other, and then consider it. Buy the motor and find anoher car to swap it into, or sell it and get a compatible motor.
