Front Hub Caps Spinning
Has anyone had a problem with your front hubcaps spinning as you drive. I don't mean those trick wheels you see on MTV, I mean the factory plastic hub caps. I have had a flat tire already, by the cap spinning around tearing the valve stem. The rears don't do this. I've had the tires balanced and rotated and still, no help. Could this be tie rods or something ? Thank you.

Did you pay extra for those? (just kidding
 ), The only time i've ever seen this happen is when you rub a curb, hit a HUGE pothole, etc.G/luck Joel
