Prelude beats Civic

I was just on my way home from installing my glow gauges and a 2000 civic pulls beside me reving his motor. I guess he was trying to impress his lady friends by picking on my 3rd gen Prelude with his custom Civic. I cant go out like a punk so I let him know I would give him a run at my lude by reving my exhaust. We weaved in and out of traffic for a few miles till we both lined up at a red light. When the light hit green not only did I give him a shot of my tail lights but I think I may have hurt his pride in front of the ladies. He did alot of exterior work and interior so I would imagine he had some motor.

I wouldn't count on it... but score 1 for the prelude anyway!

Re: Prelude beats Civic

Maybe he had some end-all-to-racing mods like air intake and a header. Props for your third gen!

Re: Prelude beats Civic

There is nothing more satisfying than smoking those idiots with a big aluminum wing on their car. Do they really think it will make them go faster?

You are right. I meant to say performance mods cold air and so on.
Thanks

I agree Prelewd . Racing in traffic or any way that that is unsafe is stupid.
