i need some help with my car

Alright my car i acting weird its a 91 dodge dynasty i no its a granny car.
Ive done a few mods to it to the engine and the suspension.
but no i got a few sounds going thourgh it. I think but im not sure it might be the lifters because its making a tapping noise on the top of the motor. and then if you listen well enough you can here another sound even lower than that in the engine my buddy justin said it might be the main bearing. But now it clicks when i turn left to hard. I think it might be the cv joint or a ball joint or something can any one please help me with my granny mobile?

Re: i need some help with my car

the clicking/clunking when turning is most likely a cv joint wearing out.

I'm not sure if you have adjustable rockers on that car or not, but if there is a ticking from the top end, chances are the valves could use a bit of adjustment to compensate for wear. Not sure that this is the answer to all your problems, but hopefully it helps

It would be helpful to know which engine is in your granny-mobile...but more than likely you either have dead adjusters (hydraulic lifters) or a wristpin going south (uh oh!)...
