broken horn- please help

I find myself with a major problem on my 84 vette. With no horn, someone could plow right into me and I wouldn't be able to do anything about it. When I press the horn, all I hear is a click coming from the dash (by the radio), and an odd noise from the engine bay. Before ot went out completely, it sounded really weak and sometimes didn't work, but always came back. Now it completely does not work. Anyone know how to fix this??
