Re: Electrical problem, Middle part of dash

well we have the display where it should be but they never went through with the actual making of the compass, all it is good for is the time. It was supposed to be a compass plus a directional plus a temperature gauge in one and it ended up being used for a clock, look in your manual to see if you have a working one. I don't think they supplied a fuse for it but I am sure you could make it work with the right fuse. I just found out myself by reading the manual that came with the car. The manual sucks though, it has a lot of misinformation.

Re: Electrical problem, Middle part of dash

Check your fuse panel for any blown fuses, this is most likely the case, since multiple items are usually run off of one fuse, for example, they may run both the windshield wiper, and sprayer, and possibly turn signal all off of one fuse

Re: Electrical problem, Middle part of dash

are there more than 2 fuse boxes, I am haveing a simular problem, and checked all fuses in both boxes, none seem to be blown.....mine is this...

so ya I have a 2001 Eclipse, and one night my alarm just started to go off for no reason, and i had trouble shutting it off. Then when i got it off i went inside, and then a few min. later my lights were on. Ever since then my power locks only work win the car is on, the interior lights won't work, the moon roof stopped working, everytime i get in the car and want to listen to the radio I have to re-enter my sercurity code, and the display face for the clock does not work. The car also has trouble keeping its idle up. I have taken out the alarm still nothing, before this happened I had a system in my car, this system had a switch attached to the remote wire, and when I hit the switch then system would continue to play untill I turned it off, could this be something to look in to. This problem is driving me nuts. PLEASE HELP ME!

Re: Electrical problem, Middle part of dash

Just those two fuse boxes Nathan. One by the driver side dash facing the door and one in the engine bay.
