lost.........200 cigarettes
Well...not technically lost,probably still on the shelf at the supermarket.
I would have bought them by now,but Ihaven't lit up since this time last week............not stressing at all,but you may notice a distinct lack of coughing.......

good for you. if you have an urge to light up, then pop in a dip instead. yeah, they are both gross habits.

I think I'd rather smoke than dip. You'll get some nasty side effects quick from dipping.

Some people call it snuff (although thats more of an older term for what you would sniff) its basically loose cut tobacco that you put in your mouth sort of like chewing tobacco but you don't chew it. Its called dip because you take your fingers, reach in the tin, and take a dip of it, stick it wherever you please and start spittin.

Hey, congrates naki. I only wish i had the willpower. Did you notice thogh, that for the first few days after quitting, you caughed up a LOT of stuff, then just stopped?
