Steering a little rough

This has been happening for about two days now. When I turn,at idle or to a max. of 15 mph,the steering wheel gets kinda stiff and requires more effort to turn (at higher speeds, its ok.).The strange thing is,that it only gets kinda stiff when im making a normal or a sharp turn to the left. When I turn to the right, its quite simple.Any ideas?

Ive replaced the power steering fluid already, and checked for leaks.
