Thumbs down

Sorry bro, but are you mentally challenged? Think about the name of the product--weight gainer. If you are fat and want to slim up you need to gain some self control and stop eating so much. It doesnt matter how many crunches you do--if you are full of fat your muscles will not be defined. In order to get a 6 pack you need to slim down and then work the shit out of your stomach with weights not repititions. Repititions will just give you backaches but if you add weight you can get ripped --as long as you stop eating shitty fat food. Weight gainer will make you bigger, but you have to work out --you cant just sit on your ass and expect to get huge. It will not give you defined abs. Creatine will get you huge quick too, but once you stop taking it, you immediately shink back down to normal size and it is supposedly bad for your kidneys.

Re: taking weight gaining shakes?

Stick with just regular Protein shakes and Cut down on some heavy carbs and that will do the trick, add tons of cardio with your workout shed. I agree with JapPrecision the weight gainer shakes will do just the opposite of your goal.

Pat, I just re-read my post...sorry, didnt intend to attack you like that, but at first glance it really sounded like a dumb question. I misinterpreted your thread. Didnt mean to be a dick. It just seemed like such an easy target when I first read it. But yeah.. def. stay away from the weight gainer if you're already up to 2 bills. Im about 175 and 5'11'' now, but when I used to work out 5 days a week, I'd do stomach everyday by kneeling at the tricep pulldown machine and crunching literally 250+ lbs.--4 sets of 12, depending on how tired i was. But no weight gainer.. I actually took creatine for a while until I heard really bad stuff about it; plus it used to make my heart race. I weighed about 160 then and my stomach was pretty ripped. But I stopped working out and I work @ home now (used to be a waitor and walked 5 miles a day) so my six pack is now a half keg. And like Jimmi said--cardio..ie..running on the treadmill really helps burn fat off the stomach.

creatine did what?? hmm, are u sure it didnt have any cocaine in it? putting on 20lbs in 7 months is a darn good job. i put on 20-25lbs in a year and i am now 157lbs 5'6"

-stay away from weight gainers!! i will eat oreos before i take that crap, and i do mean CRAP. i believe the base of these weight gainers is corn starch. i think they are garbage, actually i know that they are.

pat, to see your six pack you must have a balance between diet, cardio, and resistance training. read threads previous this one, and you shall learn a ton.
