t-56 rebuild ?'s

I have a 2000 WS-6 and the dealer has replaced the Tranny twice, or so they say. It grinds in third and fourth (unless I double clutch), it will not go into fifth and it pops out of reverse. The first time the dealer said they replaced the syncros and the forks, The second time they said they put in a new tranny but the problem still remains. So, I'm gonna rebuild it myself. Can anyone give me any advise as to any of the problems they incured on a rebuild, any special tools, where to find some of these internal parts and cost? Any info will be greatly appreciated. i know you can get a rubuild kid for like around 200 bucks in a Summit magazine, so may they have it on there website
