I have a 2001 mustang gt, my cousin has a 99 m3, we have raced more then 1 time, the outcome is always the same. I kill him from 0-100
if you want to win, add some turns to your race. I love my stang, but the m3 is a better car (it better be for the price!), just not off the line in a straight run. That is what the mustang does best. You just cant beat 300+ Ft/Lbs of torque from the line FYI: Both cars are 5 speeds and mostly stock. we both have cold air intakes and minor mods like that.

Hey 99m3coupe, alot depends on the way you drive the car. If you can launch the car just right and shift at the right time theres no doubt about it that you will :monkeypis all over the stang.
