Trunk button & cruise control

ok i have a 94 2.0 8valve gls with power windows power door locks 5speed my mods are as follows i have a cold air intake pro 1 exhaust hollowed out cat. 5inch monster tach air fuel ratio gauge oil pressure gauge 17inch aluminum rims adjustable coilover suspension. thats about it since i have had the car my cruise control and my trunk pop button havent worked.... anyone have any ideas how i can magicly make them work i have checked fuses amongest other things n i just cant seem to figure it out any help from anyone would be greatly apprciated...
