I've got a 93 and have the same problem. I've taken the door panel off and reset the window where it seems to be but as soon as i start open/close the window pops right out of the track. I've taken this thing apart nearly 10 times and can't seem to get it right, maybe something is wrong with the track?

Re: window keeps poping out of track!

My cousin had the same issue. i fixed it for him about 6 months ago and it's still in the track last i heard. it was his drivers window, and it was popping out at the end toward the front of the car. when i was resetting it, i bent the track toward the back of the car sum (toward the other end of the window), and then tightened it. seems to have worked, so u might give that a try. i know it was a pain in the ass, so good luck.

I also had this problem. I had to replace the window runner (rubber that lines the entire window). That turned out to be ripped at the end closest to the seat beat area, it would push my window off track.

I hope this helps if you haven't taken a good look for rips.

I went to the junkyard and pulled out an old liner, but I noticed they stretch. $70 bucks from honda.
