98 taco help

hey my dad owns a 98 taco 2.7 extended cab and im looking to get him an intake,full exhaust and an intake manifold.does anyone make a cheap intake and manifold cheap?and where can i look it up at? what about an exhaust i was thinking a TRD header and high flow cat and TRD exhaust. is that a good set up? im looking for these things relatively cheap.like 150 and under for the intake and less then 400 for intake manifold and 800 and less for the whole exhaust(header,cat,exhaust).plz leave me some sites thanks
