Re: headers,install

Open hood
Take off heat shield
Get WD-40 or Pbblaster and SOAK the bolts (8) on the header. The bolts (2) connecting the exhaust manifold and the flexpipe, and the bolts (2) connecting the flexpipe and the cat converter.
Then let it sit for at least an hour, I like to let it sit overnight (so do it the night before)
Unplug o2 sensor harness. LEAVE sensor on the pipe.
Take off the exhaust manifold.
Take off flexpipe. The bolts on the cat will be hard, put some muscle into it, or get a breaker bar and turn!
Once everthing is off. Take the o2 sensor out of the old pipe. You can loan an o2 sensor socket at autozone if needed.
Then put the o2 into the header, use antiseize around the threads. DO NOT get it on the sensor part.
Then put the header on and don't forget the gasket and use antiseize on the bolts/studs.
Put flexpipe on, can use antiseize if you want. Use a new gasket in between the cat and the flexpipe, if it did not come with one.
Make sure all bolts are tight.
Start her up and make sure there are no leaks.

I hope I did not miss anything

EDIT>> To make it easier have an extension. I just used 2 or 3 small extensions. Also I believe you will need a deep socket for one of them.
