Should there be oil here?
If you look on the throttle body on my 97 formula there is a little plate with 6 hex screws holding it down. i went to do an air foil install on my car and under that plate was oil. Is that supposed to be there, because i dont know if thats when the excess oil goes to be filtered back in through the engine or what. Thanks
