headlight problems
I'm having a problem with the headlights in my 98~626. I had the bulbs replaced and now the lowbeam aren't working. I had it checked out and the tech said that there was power going to the bulbs and there didn't seem to be a problem, but he would have to check the wiring to see what the problem could be. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I can't have my car tied up while someone tries to figure out the problem. My highbeams work, but I can't blind everyone trying to get to work in the morning. Any help is appreciated.

Re: headlight problems
Thanks, we tried that last night and it seemed to work, but the same thing happened again. Maybe it is a wiring problem or something wrong with the switch because one of the bulbs still had a working lowbeam circuit when tested. Any other suggestions?

are you using the stock type bulb or did you try and use one of those high-output type? both the low-beams are on the same circuit so if just one is working then you might have a wiring problem but if both are not working then i would go to a junyard and get another switch
