recommended exhausts
I recently did a motor swap from H23 to JDM H22 - I'm planning on changing my entire exhaust system. What brand of exhaust do you recommend? Keep in mind, I want something that has a low deep base with a rumble; I'm not interested in any ricey sounds. Here are my options:
1) greddy 2) apexi 3) skunk 2 4) mugen

Re: recommended exhausts
mugen would be nice if you could afford it. I never really herd a REAL mugen exhaust but i dont think anyones going to call it ricey. otherwise i love the sound of a GReddy Evo, HKS highpower sounds nice to but i dont think they make it for 4th gen ludes and its really F*in huge, rsr is good to.

Re: recommended exhausts
I've heard the Mugen, it's higher toned than an EVO but a little bit quieter than an N1. Mugen makes a mean header, but their exhaust isn't worth the price. I also don't recommend the Skunk2 and HKS exhausts.
Go with the RSR Exmag (not GTII) or Apexi WS. And try a search next time, this has been discussed before.
