Projector lenses for 02 golf

Does anyone make headlight assemblies with lowbeam projectors, and even high-beam projectors, for a 2002 golf? My buddy's picking one up in the very near future, either that or a new 2005, if he sees anything in the 05's he especially likes. But he's gonna pick up a set of Phillips HID's, and he wants to throw some projector lenses in there too. Can you give me the names of a few companies who make em, along with some advice as to how much he should spend, who's better than who, etc.
