You already asked this question in your post "What do I DO". You think Best Buy is the ONLY place to buy car audio/video equipment? There's at least a dozen different manufacturer's that put out "in-dash" cd/dvd/tv units. You could also have it installed overhead where the map lights are. Go to a real car audio place. Also, try www.crutchfield.com they'll list all the "in-dash" units avail for your make and model car.
