front spring makes noise when terning

when i tern the the weel wile it is mooving it makes noise

can you help

Yes, what kind of noise is it? Lots of possibilities here. If it is a knocking noise when turning, it is possible that the axel shaft boot is broken, water in boot and the joint is starting to make a cracking noise. If that is the noise, the whole axel will have to be replaced.

strut bearings may be bad,with car raised,turn wheel and observe struts,the bad bearing will pop and stick at the top of the strut

Also check and see if the power steering pump pulley is hitting up against the AC line. That only happens when the car is moving. If it is, CAREFULLY pull the line(s) away from the pulley

Forgot to say, there should be 1-2 inches of clearance. If not, BINGO, problem: Solved
