Shocks on an 85 camino

I have inherited an 85 El Camino. The shocks in the back can be filled with air, but they only hold the air for a couple of hours. Does anyone know if these shocks can be replaced with regular shocks? Thanks. Scott

yes they can, do you not want the Air shocks?

Yes you can switch out with a stock shock if you dont want air shocks
