Check Out This 5th Gen

Ok, so it isn't the new 5th gen, this is someones renderings, but they look nice (the orange one). I deffinatly think GM should take a look at that for a idea for a 5th gen camaro.

that car is too cartoony and not realistic enough. if gm did build a car like that, it'd be like the ssr. i wouldn't buy one if they built it.

The sad fact of the matter is that the camaro is dead. If gm does something to it, it will be a blow to the legacy.

you guys are a bit slow on the uptake that camaro design has been around for a long time and its already been discussed to death on almost every camaro forum out there

AS it is i think GM said it may announce a new camaro in late 2005 or 2006.

I read a quote from someone at GM saying they will not due a retro Camaro because retro does not sell very good. Well, what about the Mustang? It has has retro styling cues since the SN95 came out. I would say it is selling quite well.

If you helped me pay for it i'd buy a Z06.. but the truth of the matter is that i cant afford a $50,000 car. I could pry barely afford the 99 Z28 im lookin to buy..

Re: Check Out This 5th Gen

NOW THAT WOULD DEFINATLY SELL.
my dad has a 2002 ss zl-1 clone.
it has that 427 phase 3 engine, got the
hockey strips and hood and spoiler stripes.
it is sharp he just bought a regular camaro
v6 and pulled the engine and dropped in the 427
and put a body kit on it. it kicks ass

Re: Re: Check Out This 5th Gen

z06.. ok thats a fuckin girly ass car, u dont need balls for that. second, no one on this forum is stupid enough to pay 30k more for a car thats less than a second faster than a camaro... my choice would be to buy a camaro and invest the difference in upgrades, if u spend that much money on a camaro and know what ur doin NO z06 will touch u. go back to corvette forums ya hippy
