well, if the guy ate at mcdonalds, i would expect that. i believe 70-80% of americans die from cardiovascular disease.

The problem is the amount of fast food that Americans eat.In other countries people sit down to eat, they have 2 hour lunches. If you asked your boss for a 2 hour lunch here, the laughter would be so loud you'd hear it for miles!!! The portions are also much smaller in other countries.
