Bosch Plantium +4's goods/bads 1995 ford contour gl 2.0 dohc

What are the bads and goods of bosch planiums in the Ford 95 2.0 dohc engines would they increase my horsepower and gas mileage good or will they cause a greater risk in engine failure due to higher engine temp?
