Dead Driver information screen and Leaking oil

I got a 92' sse bonne with 180-k and the problems are There's no movement of the gas,Alt,coolant hands. the driver seat does not move or Passenger, but the lumbar support buttons work and last but least there is a oil leak on the driver side. but I get no warning light which is strange cause there is a long stream of oil when i pull off or there are spots of oil.
