dupli-color paints
i went out shopin today for paint and sand paper and tha highest grade sand paper i could find was 1500 will that be ok? and i also was told 2 buy dupont paints and i only found dupli-color will this work please tell me before i spray a $30 model lol

a range of 400-1000 grit sand papers will work.
as far as duplicolor, yea it will work but some of them are lacquers and some enamals so just make sure you knwo what one your buying.

I never use anything rougher than 600 or 800 on body work, 1500 will be okay for primer but will put big scratches in paint, for polishing start with a polishing kit , 3600 or finer and work up to 12000.
Duplicolor paints work great , use them all the time. D
