Dodge caravan power window

My front passenger side widow fell down and wont go back up. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or can any one help me out with taking out the side pannel of the front door.
I have a 1997 dodge grand caravan 3.3L

OK, you need to remove the inner door panel- after removing the armrest and the trim behind the door latch handle, just pry it out with a putty knife and look behind-you'll see the plastic push-clips that hold it on-pry them loose carefully and then lift the whole panel straight up to release it on top by the window rubber.
Chances are, the nylon gear-toothed strip that runs thru the motor has broken-cold weather makes it brittle after a few years.
Two bolts hold it to the window and the other end runs thru the gearing in the motor.
You can get another one from the dealer or from a wrecking yard.
