2003 extreme; towing limit

Ok. I know your not supposed to tow with this truck, "it's not made for it and it will void the warrenty" Well That part really doesn't matter anymore. I want to tow a boat and trailer. I
'm trying to find out how much this truck can move. It's a 4.3 engine extreme 2003. I need to know it i can pull a boat thats 2500 to 3000 .pounds, and if, and what it will pull out of the water. Because i know I can pull a 2500 pound boat as it's limit i can't pull 2500 out of the water on an incline. And i don't have 4wd either. Can anybody help me out? Thanks!!!
