Will this work?

I was wondering if i could get forged pistons, rods, rings, cam shafts, etc. from a 1997 V6 ES300 and put them in a 1996 V6 ES300? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Re: Will this work?

I think that it's very possible...without hardly any modification actually. The engines are practically identical anyways...I'm almost completely positive that it would work.
