Need A Race Seat

I got busted up a few years ago on a snoemobile. Trees hurt!
I busted my back and my neck. I'm now what they call a T-8 complete. In other words I have no upper body support. The problem I have is I can get thrown around under high lateral G's and sometimes low G's. I need a good seat I can bolt up to my elec base, use some restraints and I need to be able to recline the back. I have no experiance w/ race seats.
I would appriciate some input.

This realy depens quite on what you are aming for.

But if I understand you correctly wou would have a form-fixed chair.
I have verry good experience with Reccaro (think it's how it's spelled) and OMP. The disatvantage with these kind of chairs it that you need at least a 4-point seat belt.

And you might get problems if pulled over. Here in Norway, the cars have to be approved race cars to be allowed a 4-point (or 6-point) seat belt.
