do ur brushes have residues of paint on them still , even after u washed them in thinner? or do they have no paint on them

because when ever i wash them in thinners and water after the always still have paint on them, but the brush isnt hard.

help me on this, please!

I find the bristles will tend to discolour over time but they alway clean easliy enough without leaving paint on them. I'm guessing you are using water based acrylic paints? Try using a stronger thinner, window cleaner works on aqueous acrylics.

im using Tamiya acrylics and tamiya acrylic thinner

In that case definitely try the "Windex" or similar. Alternately there are specific brush cleaning solutions avaliable or even just use a stronger type of thinner like lacquer thinners.

I using rubbing alcohol. It works fine.

Just remember, you will never get a brush 100% clean.

I noticed this too when I started to brush a lot of parts, I dont think that the paint will come out totally. So now I just make sure cleaning them thoroughly a couple of times.. I use cellulose thinners, does the job..
