Where is the Fuse Box?

Just bought a 97 Cavalier convertable from an Auction and it has no owners manual. I found the fuse box under the hood but is there another one? The problem I am having is the electric motor for the convertable top won't work. When I checked I found there was no main power getting to the motor relay for the top. There is switched power (smaller wires) getting to the relay, but the big wires have no power getting to them. I am thinking this main power must come from a circuit breaker somewhere but I don't know where. The fuse box under the hood has some breakers but they seem to be for the motor, such as fuel pump, ingition, battery, cooling fan and so on. There must be another fuse box or some more curcuit breakers somewhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
