anyone have suggestions as to what would be the best method in lowering my car

Do you want adjustable ride height?
Street, Race, or both? What type of racing
How low do you want to go?
Make/model?
Lowering just because it's cool or for the handling increase?

id suggest koni's and ground control coilovers or teins, if you got cash
