Re: Racing question??

I don't know man. The 2000-up Rustangs are pretty quick. You need a VQ35 for those biotches. Do it anyway. It might be an interesting race.

Re: Racing question??

hey, it would be nice, but the 4th gen with your mods will get chewed up, digested and flushed by a 04 Mustang GT.

Their right, that Mustang will eat you up and spit you out! It won't happen with a 98 Max, but if you had an 02 or higher, you'd be able to hang with him.

Talking Re: Racing question??

Yeah I raced him. At first he took it easy, and then gunned it. Wasn't even close. Took me by couple of cars. Was a sad day. I think it would have been a very close race if i had the manual tranny which I am planning on getting. Gonna race him again once the swap is done. I'll try to tape it next time.

Re: Racing question??

You need to lose some weight too. The GLE is extremely heavy compared to the GXE. And get rid of the blades.

Actually its not that much its only 3014 lbs compared to the GLE's 3085 lbs which is very light compared to the acord's 3250+ weight. I know the GLE rims are very heavy, but I have replaced it with some 18's which is about 26 lbs i don't exactly know the exact weight for the oem. As far as I can tell, the automatic tranny has to go, thats the weakest link right now.
