Should I get dis MK3

My friend is trying to sell me a 87 MK3 for $500, its the turbo version, hardtop, black, but enough for the goodies................the problem is has blown head gasket............and its an auto, but not a real porblem....I head gasket hard to replace??....better yet is it xpensive to have it replace?.........The car turns on, looks fine on the outside...But at $500 buxs.......i think the car is worht it with no engine....let me know wat u think

There is a ton more info to be found just by searching, if you truely tried to find it then I'll be glad to help. WHatZ B3 uP wiT Da iNtraNet 3b0niX Yo! Seriously it's hard enough to understand some questions, let alone trying to decode leet speek, not looking for perfect english but common sence says an accent shouldn't translate to the keyboard. Anyway, it all really depends on how good you are with cars, how much you know, how much you can do yourself. $500 for me is a good deal even with BHG and an auto, but if you have to pay someone $2K to replace parts it's probably not going to be worth it to you. The prices for a rebuild have been covered before, as well as a MHG swap and a manual transmission swap. Just do your homework and research like any other car before you buy.

about the automatic just go and buy a pattle shift kit it at the suprasport.com just look under trans it is 389.00 you should be able to find it
