what the hell does that mean.
im trying to upload pics of my car but i cant. im taking pics off my cell phone camra. so that might be the problem.

All files on computers have a specific format. A format is what they end in, for example the file you uploaded was "my_car.gif. Making what is in bold, your filetype/file format. Some places, you need a certain file format to upload, its just whats required, you cant change it. (If you are really techincal about it, the reason why is because the code on the website just doesnt support it period..) Anyways back to the people who dont understand computers. You have to change the filetype to a different type to whats supported. Check to where it says which filetypes are supported, open the file in "Paint" in Windows. Once its loaded, go to file, then click save as, then there should be a drop down menu where it shows ".gif", change that to whatever the website says it supports. Maybe ".jpeg" or ".png". I'm telling all of this so you can learn a thing or two about computers, heh.
