Thumbs down 97 tahoe noise when turning

there is a noise coming from the front passenger side when I make sharp turns to the left. Now I can hear the noise some times when going straight. My vehicle isn't a 4 wd. The noise is a grinding sound that sound kind of hollow. Does anyone know that this is? 130,000 miles...new brakes

Pull the wheel off and check the cover over the back of the rotor to see if its bent and rubbing on the rotor.

maybe ball joints, check the rubber for cracks, lack of grease. but get the problem fixed cause sounds like its getting progressively worse.
