I doubt it. 245-50-16 doesnt give you proper tire diameter and your tranny will be stressed, your speedo wil be wrong.
Find a tire that has an overall diameter of 27"

See how much your will actually be off...wheel size doesn't make a huge difference in the speedo...usually only 1 or 2 mph difference

find out what the specs are for the bolt pattern, how far the bolts are spaced from each other.
