door problems

I own a 94 tempo , and the kid I bought it from busten the drivers side rear door, my question is how do I get the door open to take the panel off to fix the dawm thing... i cant open the door from either side, sorry if I come across as extremely stupid, im just auto ignorant...

Seems like you have frame damage from that crash.You can take it to a body repair place and they will do it for like 20 bux (Where I live at least).


If you wanna try it your way,take out the courtesy light (If equipped) from the panel with a flathead screwdriver.There should be a screw there holding the panel in place.Remove it(Phillips head I think)Then,lift the panel from the bottom as hard as you can,it SHOULD slide out.Might take a little more effort seeing as how its dinged.
