Ok guys I dont know if youll remember me. I had the 94 SI and wrecked it into two trees. Well since then ive bought a 88 base style. I still have my SI and I was wondering what I was lookin at to swap my SI motor into my 88 prelude. Thanks for any help it will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Engine swap

were you the one that got drunk, decided to show your friend how sexy your new intake sounded, rounded the corner, and wrecked the car?

Re: Engine swap

Ok guys i called a place and they quoted me 3500 to do the swap. Yes college kid i was that guy lol. I tell ya its been a hassle and a half dealing with that wreck I swear thats my biggest regret right now. Since I have a 3rd gen now Im going to start posting again I couldent beat the price on it $400 dollars. She needs some work but ive been on of course she cant mess with my 4th gen but its damn close. Will def. keep you guys posted

Re: Engine swap

$3.5k for a H23A into a 3rd gen? Yeesh, you should probably look for an H22 and sell the H23, because the swap would probably cost the same.
