Re: Rattle in Speaker

Ok, i think the speaker grill can come off, but if for some reason it doesn't, the plastic peice around the handle has 2 or 3 screws and then the door itself has 3 screws, two right there in plain sight by the handle and one on the underside. Shouldn't be too hard to find. It comes off fairly easy.

Re: Rattle in Speaker

yeah its prolly just the cover bouncin around, you can take off the cover its self and put some insulating tape around the perimeter or maybe a very very small bead of silicone, something like that, to keep the cover from moving around...

Re: Re: Rattle in Speaker

You might have to take off the whole door panel. It's the best way to get in there and mess with the speaker. Even if you take the grill off it is real hard to get at the screws because the panel is covering them. GM changed the speaker grills in 94 or 95 so you can't take them off without taking the door panel off. They are plastic welded to the panels in 4 places.
