91 caprice coolant leak

i have a 91 caprice just recently it started leaking coolant its coming out of a nipple on the fire wall to the right rear of the engine I can't find any hoses that go to it. can any one tell me if a hose goes there or what would cause this.

left side as you FACE the front of the car? almost sounds like a heater hose fell off...

I took the wiper motor off to get a better look there are two coolant line on the firewall. the coolant is coming out below those to the left of the refridgerant line.

Sounds like a leaking heater core.
