radio buttons on steering wheel hot?

Just got a 99 Park Avenue and the buttons on the steering wheel for the radio as well as the fan buttons on the dash seem to be very warm to the touch..almost hot. Anyone have an idea as to why?

I have had my 97 PA since September. My buttons on the steering wheel are also hot. It is working fine. Do you know if there is such a thing as an after market stereo that will allow these buttons to operare the radio?

I'm sure it's just the lights in the switches. My Lesabre does the same thing. What I have done is just dim the interior lights a bit.
