Greddy T67 Turbocharger Upgrade Kit

The Greddy T67 Turbocharger Upgrade Kit is available for the 04 Subaru Impreza WRX STi. It's $2800 and says it will increase HP by 45%. I know thats an exageration, but if it was true the 300 stock would go to 435 hp. Is the kit worth buying? I want to street race so I'm looking to add power. I'm willing to pay the money if my car will have around 380-400 HP. Will I have to upgrade other things so the car can handle the power? The kit includes Up-Pipe Adapter, Type-R Wastegate, Downpipe & All Necessay Hardware. What do you guys think?
