Steering Column Jammed!!

The adjustment for the steering column is not working when I turn on the car. Also, the time and radio display is off and for some reason the clicking sound you hear when signaling left or right is not working. However, other electrical items such as the turn signals, lights, and radio are working. I checked a few fuses but they seemed okay. Would there be a specific fuse I should check or any other suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?
